Fifi-foo-foo…a wannabe fashionable fancy Chinese food restaurant that largely fails on all fronts. Functional food at best… Continue reading Fifi 茶酒沙龍 👌
Shaburi Shabu Shabu 紗舞縭極品集
Shabu Shabu is a unique, apparently born in Japan style of cooking raw food by yourself in a boiling bowl of various liquids depending upon your preference.

For the linguistically challenged, Angelo’s is in Taipei, Taiwan.
Angelo, previously of Robuchon, is full-on Italian, classically trained in French cooking and very well-entrenched in all things Chinese food. He can stay…forever!!!

Only reason we did not go for five thumbs up was, well, the wine list is just OK-lah…
A non-descript entrance (except the hard to read sign) that we managed to miss two times while in the taxi – the taxi driver was clueless – rather rapidly evolves into an eating marvel.
Warning, please bring your own wine. The wine “list” does not impress with a choice between “white” and “red”…and the one bottle in each category is the equivalent of cooking wine. Continue reading La Luna 尚月中華時尚料理 👍👍👍
